For appointment bookings, please indicate the date and time you prefer, as well as your phone number in the message box and we will get back to you as soon as we can, typically within 1-2 business days for confirmation. (Kindly take note of any special holiday closures in our News & Updates Page.)

During the our call to you to confirm your appointment, we will require a valid credit card, which will be charged in full for the booked service in the event that you do not show up on the scheduled date and time or if you do not cancel with 24-hours' notice for single treatments or 48-hours' notice multiple or group treatments. (See our Cancellation Policy here.) Please note that an appointment is not secured or confirmed unless you have provided a valid credit card. We thank you for your understanding, as the slot is reserved uniquely for you.

Of the three-building complex on Woodbine Avenue, south of Apple Creek Blvd (and the Tim Horton's), we are located on the ground level in the building facing McIntosh Drive, which is the street parallel to the east of Woodbine, second light north of Hwy 7.
