Spa Etiquette

& Cancellations

We look forward to each visitor to the the spa to be able to fully enjoy the environment and have a good experience so we appreciate your co-operation with our spa policies.  For your convenience, we accept cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard, as well as WaySpa Gift Certificates (restrictions apply).


Reservations in advance are required for our treatments in order to ensure availability, the utmost comfort for you, and the best outcome of the treatment.  Contact us to schedule your appointment.


Once you arrive, we will provide you with slippers, and a robe and one towel if you choose to use our wet-area facilities, however you are also welcome to bring your own should you find it more comfortable. 


You will be draped during the entire course of the treatment other than on the area being treated.


Also, for face treatments, we recommend that you avoid wearing makeup on the day of treatment and until the next day, if possible, for optimal results of the treatment.


Make full enjoyment of our spa facilities during your visit by relaxing in our aromatic steam room or settling down with a warm cup of herbal floral tea.  At the time of booking your appointment, please indicate that you would like to use the steam room and we would gladly warm it up for your arrival and kindly arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to enjoy the steam room.


First time visitors will require an additional 15-20 minutes for completing a consultation prior to all services.  Your service will begin at the scheduled time, and arriving late may result in shortening your appointment time to allow the therapist to promptly begin the next appointment.  We thank you for your understanding.


We also encourage you to use your in-room locker for your personal belongings as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.


Cancellations and changes to your appointments are understandable, however, because the appointment time slot is reserved specifically for you, we request that you notify us 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment day for single treatments, and 48 hours in advance for multiple treatments or for groups of more than one guest.  

In the event that we are not notified prior to the specified times, or you do not show up for the treatment, you will be charged in full for your treatment(s).

We will request for your credit card information at the time of booking to secure the slot, which will not be charged unless the above mentioned occurs.  On the day of your treatment, you will have the option to pay with your preferred payment method.


Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to receive treatments or use our facilities.  For the enjoyment of other guests, those under the age of 12 are not permitted.


We appreciate our guests' respect for each other and to ensure that other guests may enjoy their visit, we ask that you would kindly not use your cell phones in open areas, nor use mobile devices for listening to or watching media.


Our services and facilities are provided for Women-only for their utmost comfort, however, due to a large number of requests by our guests, we now take male guests by referral-only from an existing female client, and by special arrangement.  We thank you for your kind understanding.
